Students seeking a minor in political science must complete at least 18 hours of course work at the 2000 level or above in the discipline, chosen in consultation with a departmental adviser. It is recommended that minors include in their undergraduate program the introductory course in American Government (PSC 1200 or PSC 1210) and three of the four gateway subfields. At least 9 of the 18-credit hour minimum must be at the 3000-4000 levels.
