A student enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy program who is in good academic standing or on academic probation (excluding those students eligible for suspension or dismissal from the college) may request a leave of absence (LOA) for up to 12 months. All students approved for a LOA, regardless of the type of LOA, must also request and be approved if they wish to return from the LOA.
