B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology/M.B.A. Dual Degree Program

ADMISSIONS

Students interested in the program should notify the Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in the College of Engineering and the Neff College of Business and Innovation Graduate Programs Office by the end of their sophomore year (if pursuing a business minor). Students should apply for admission to the program through the College of Graduate Studies before the fall of their senior year. Admission requires senior standing and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Undergraduate equivalents to the MBA Common Body of Knowledge must be completed prior to admission.

REQUIREMENTS

To fulfill the M.B.A. degree requirements, students must complete 33 semester hours at the 6000 level. Up to an additional 9 credit hours may be required for students without a business background. Students in the dual degree program may apply undergraduate equivalent courses toward these 9 hours of Common Body of Knowledge requirements. Undergraduate business courses should be selected carefully to align with these requirements. All courses applied toward the M.B.A. must be completed with a grade of C (2.0) or higher. For questions regarding appropriate undergraduate coursework, please contact the Neff College of Business and Innovation Graduate Advisor.
