Certificate in Biological Laboratory Technician

For the Biological Laboratory Technician Certificate at least 12 hours from the following list of courses are required. 6 credits (2 semesters) of Undergraduate research in a research laboratory setting are required and the remaining six credits can be chosen from the other listed courses.

BIOL 3910 requires a student to have completed BIOL 2170 and BIOL 2180, all the other formal 3000-4000 laboratory courses in the certificate require an associated lecture course as co-requisite:

BIOL 4040 requires enrollment in or previous completion of  BIOL 4030
